Start with where you feel it

Most people arrive describing a spot, not a diagnosis. Find yours below to see how it often feels and how we usually begin.

Care we offer

Four ways a session can help

Every visit is shaped around what we find that day. These are the tools we combine most often.

Chiropractic adjustment

Precise, controlled movements to restore motion in joints that feel restricted, always explained before we start.

  • Low-force options available
  • You can pause at any point

Soft-tissue work

Hands-on release for tight muscles and connective tissue around the area that is bothering you.

  • Trigger-point and stretch techniques
  • Paired with adjustment or on its own

Movement coaching

Short, realistic routines that fit into a normal day so progress continues between appointments.

  • Written and demonstrated in session
  • Updated as you improve

Desk & posture review

A practical look at how you sit, sleep, carry and lift, with small changes that take pressure off your spine.

  • Workstation set-up guidance
  • Sleep and carrying tips
Your first visit

What happens when you come in

Your first appointment is longer than the rest, so there is time to listen, assess and agree on a plan together.

  1. Conversation

We talk through what you feel, when it started, your daily routine and what you want to get back to.

  2. Assessment

Posture, range of motion and gentle orthopaedic checks help us understand what is really going on.

  3. Plain-language plan

We explain findings, suggest a realistic number of visits and answer every question before any treatment.

  4. First care

If you are comfortable, we begin treatment and send you home with one or two simple movements.

Our approach

Care that works toward needing us less

The goal is not a lifetime of appointments. It is helping you understand your body well enough to keep it moving on your own.

  • No prepaid packages. You book visit by visit and decide what is right for you.

  • Consent at every step. We describe each technique first and adapt if something feels wrong.

  • Honest referrals. If chiropractic is not the right fit, we will tell you and point you toward the right kind of help.

Questions

Before you book

Still unsure? These are the questions people ask most. Anything else can go in the note on your request.

Does an adjustment hurt?

Most people describe it as a release of pressure rather than pain. Some feel mild soreness for a day, similar to after a new workout. Low-force techniques are always available.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move in, such as leggings, joggers or a loose t-shirt. There is no need to change unless you prefer to.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to book. If you have recent scans or notes from another practitioner, feel free to bring them along.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on what we find and your goals. We suggest a starting plan after your first visit and review it together as you progress.
